ECR is an industry body which aims to make the fmcg industry more responsive to consumer needs and promotes collaboration between stakeholders to achieve new efficiencies in the supply chain.

Andrew Parry from WRAP in the UK, Nina-Alexandra von Radowitz from Metro AG in Germany and Selina Juul of Stop Wasting Food in Denmark gave their views on how to reduce the 90 million tonnes of food thrown out each year in the EU.
