Innovative soap packaging for e-commerce

Nathalie Schneegans | September 29th, 2022 No Comments

This soap packaging made of corrugated cardboard combines product and shipping packaging. Information about the product is printed inside of the box therefore eliminating the need for leaflets and saving on printing and handling.  The box is easy to set up with only two parts and requires no glue. The innovative design saves packaging material overall and reduces waste, saving 34 tonnes of plastic consumption annually for the brand owner. The soap products are well protected during transport and the box fits in any letterbox.

The packaging won an award in the e-commerce category of the Worldstar Packaging Awards 2022, more information here.

Johanna Kloeck | March 17th, 2022 No Comments

This corrugated packaging designed for discounted fruit & vegetables can pack a variety of fruits and vegetables. The contents inside are clearly visible without the need for a plastic window. It can be customised with printing to inform the customer of its contents. The intrinsic properties of the corrugated tray provide cushioning, which protects fresh produce from bruising. The packaging is 100% recyclable.

The packaging won a prize at Prize Pack, the annual Bulgarian competition for best innovative packaging for the food industry

Corrugated bin for face masks

Johanna Kloeck | September 15th, 2021 No Comments

An innovative corrugated bin for face masks can help solve the new problem of mask littering.

The bin is made of lightweight and durable corrugated board and helps to collect and dispose of used face masks easily and safely. The bin is easy to assemble even without instructions and is strong but lightweight. The lid makes the packaging more rigid and the lid can be turned to close the package when it’s full. The printing is clear and visible.

The design has been awarded a ScanStar in a Nordic packaging design competition.

Lightweight, recyclable corrugated carrier for plants

Johanna Kloeck | January 15th, 2020 No Comments

A sustainable, bio-based, recyclable box for taking home a newly purchased plant. An excellent alternative for plastic packaging! The roof protects the delicate leaves of the plant, in the summer providing extra shade from the sun. For shoppers it’s very convenient as it’s lightweight to carry. The package also enhances brand the brand as the surfaces of the house leave plenty of space for colourful printing.

Brand positioning with corrugated

Nathalie Schneegans | September 21st, 2017 No Comments

Here a great example of how corrugated can be used as a canvas for the branding of a product. The Scottish beer brand `Tennents` used a retro design style for its heritage series, a limited edition lager beer.

High quality printing enables attractive promotion of the product, the natural brown colour of the corrugated box enhances the logo. This luxurious branding goes all the way to competing in retail.

Cheers! Unfortunately for some, only available in Scotland!

The box is waterproof and leak-tight. Different packaging sizes are available as well as possibilities of promoting a brand with good printing possibilities.

The EcoFishBox was awarded with a gold medal in the special sustainability category of the WorldStar Packaging Awards.
